Receptionist (Hotel)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. You will create a warm welcome, provide information about our services and the local area, and help make each stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Answer enquiries, provide information on hotel facilities, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures and manage reservations.
• Assist with telephone calls, email correspondence and direct guests to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

• Natural hospitality charm and passion for service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
