About the role
We are seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our professional financial services team. Working across our central London and Weybridge offices, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a polished front‑of‑house experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and direct clients and visitors, providing a professional reception service.
- Manage meeting rooms, refreshments and overall office presentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks across the business.
- Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided).
- Assist with post, deliveries and general office coordination.
Required profile
- Previous office or reception experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
