Recovery Analyst – Collections Team

About the role

The Recovery Analyst will join the Collections team of a growing financial services organisation. Working from the Windsor office, you will manage overdue customer accounts, negotiate repayment solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts and recover outstanding balances.
• Contact customers to agree repayment arrangements and assess affordable payment plans.
• Investigate customer circumstances using Companies House and other online resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes and update CRM records.
• Monitor Companies House for changes affecting accounts and escalate cases to legal representatives when required.
• Work towards recovery targets while identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in recoveries, collections, credit control or debt management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations professionally.
• Proactive, resilient and customer‑focused approach.
