Recovery Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Mental Health Practitioner to lead our Recovery Service in Whalley Range, Manchester. You will manage a dedicated team delivering person‑centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs and a learning disability, helping them build skills for independent living.

Key responsibilities

• Line‑manage a multidisciplinary team and support the Service Manager.
• Conduct holistic assessments and develop personalised support plans.
• Maintain accurate records using the ECCO system.
• Coordinate therapeutic activities and collaborate with families, professionals and external agencies.
• Ensure safe administration of medicines and compliance with mental health legislation.
• Work flexibly on a rota system, covering shifts as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practitioner experience in mental health.
• Demonstrated leadership, empathy and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage risk effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ECCO record‑keeping system.
