Recruiter – High Volume Hiring

About the role

Malaberg is looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage its fast‑moving, high‑volume hiring pipelines across digital, creative and entry‑level roles. You will own the full candidate journey, from CV review to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and personal experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage evergreen, high‑volume pipelines processing hundreds of CVs each week.
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate multiple interview loops daily.
• Maintain clear, warm communication with candidates at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, update notes and define next steps.
• Guide candidates through offers and early onboarding.
• Keep pipeline tracking accurate and visible to the wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment while preserving a personal touch.
• Highly organised with the ability to handle a busy inbox and multiple interviews.
• Comfortable being the main point of contact for candidates from first message to first day.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and fluent with applicant tracking systems.
• Based in or near London or Oxford and able to work on‑site.
