Recruiter II – Fixed-Term (6 months)

About the role

We are looking for a world‑class Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our global Go‑to‑Market teams. Based in London, you will work on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, partnering with hiring managers to design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for post‑sales functions such as Customer Success, Global Services and Support.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and hire top talent for GTM and post‑sales teams.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring priorities and develop best‑in‑class talent acquisition plans.
• Screen candidates, lead debrief sessions and recommend the best fit for each role.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, using data analysis to improve pipeline flow and overall hiring effectiveness.
• Leverage market trends and internal data to enhance employer branding and scale recruiting processes.
• Mentor and support fellow recruiters to continuously raise team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with proven experience reporting and acting on recruiting metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
