Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Construction

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our People team at YTL Construction UK. Based at Claverton Down near Bath, you will help attract and secure top talent for our growing construction business, shaping the future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of technical and specialist roles across engineering, construction and infrastructure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent attraction strategies.
• Promote YTL Construction UK as an employer of choice through employer branding, career fairs, open days and other events.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, either in‑house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialist roles within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of the South West employment market and construction industry trends.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
