About the role
Join Staffline, the UK's largest recruitment business, as a Recruitment Account Manager based on‑site at Haydock. You will provide temporary workers to our Haydock site, delivering excellent customer service and solving staffing challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Meet client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Recruit, select and onboard temporary workers.
- Accurately input and validate data for weekly payroll.
- Handle administrative processes such as absences and change requests.
- Ensure compliance and maintain secure records for audits.
- Provide a positive customer experience and efficiently address worker queries.
Required profile
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Customer‑centric mindset, prioritising people.
- Ideally some experience within the recruitment industry (not essential).
- Growth mindset, seeking innovative approaches.
- Strong relationship‑building abilities with clients and workers.
- Tenacity, drive, flexibility and a positive attitude toward delivering excellent service.
