Recruitment Advisor – Full‑Cycle TA Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead the talent acquisition function for a niche law firm in the City of London. This stand‑alone, full‑cycle position will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across the business, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers to define role requirements and create compelling job adverts.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, managing the interview process and providing recommendations.
• Coordinate offers, contracts and onboarding activities.
• Drive projects to continuously improve candidate experience, employer value proposition and recruitment marketing.
• Report to the Head of HR and contribute to strategic talent planning.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the TA process and deliver results.
• Experience working in a small‑to‑mid‑size organisation (under 200 employees) is advantageous.
