Recruitment Application Assessor – Remote

About the role

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Application Assessors to support a large public‑sector programme for a government client. Working remotely, you will join a UK‑wide recruitment campaign and deliver virtual interview and assessment sessions for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online interviews, role‑plays and structured assessments for shortlisted candidates.
• Score candidates against defined competency criteria and record outcomes accurately.
• Provide a fair, professional and consistent virtual assessment experience for all participants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate assessment within in‑house teams, recruitment agencies or talent acquisition functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and run virtual assessment sessions.
• Strong decision‑making and documentation skills.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and availability for a telephone screening between 09:00‑16:00.
