Recruitment Branch Manager – High Street

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our high‑street branch in Epsom. The role blends commercial recruitment expertise with team leadership and day‑to‑day branch operations. You will be responsible for driving business growth while delivering high‑quality candidate solutions for temporary roles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, including sales, client acquisition and candidate resourcing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and candidates.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to expand the branch’s market share.
• Ensure accurate administration of candidate screening, registrations and reference checks.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Monitor and achieve branch targets and profitability metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial recruitment and branch management.
• Strong sales, networking and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
