Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring and workforce strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and contingent roles.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Drive supplier performance and position yourself as the go‑to talent partner.
• Leverage data, market insight and MI reporting to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience.

Required profile

• Proven success in recruitment within complex or technical environments (e.g., IT, engineering, utilities).
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for delivering results.

Required skills

• Strong direct sourcing experience.
• Ability to use data, market insight and MI reporting to shape hiring decisions.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
