Recruitment Consultant – 4-Day Week

About the role

THRYVE is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing teams in Robotics or Energy & Infrastructure. You will work on a genuine four‑day week (Monday‑Thursday) while helping Europe’s most innovative companies attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with high‑quality candidates.
• Manage recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement.
• Headhunt specialist talent for niche markets.
• Conduct candidate qualification interviews.
• Provide market insight to clients and colleagues.
• Create talent pipelines within your chosen sector.
• Become a recognised expert in Robotics or Energy.

• Strong communicator with a relationship‑focused mindset.
• Naturally curious, resilient and coachable.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to build a successful career.
• Attitude matters more than a perfect CV; experience in recruitment or any people‑focused role is valued.
