Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy Practice

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Accountancy Practice team. Based in Manchester with flexible home working, you will help grow our client portfolio and support candidates in the booming accountancy market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accountancy practice clients, acting as their primary recruiter for all hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with candidates, advising them on the best career moves.
• Work on a high volume of live roles across audit, tax and finance, delivering results for top‑tier firms.
