Recruitment Consultant – Career Change Opportunity

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals from customer‑service, hospitality or call‑centre backgrounds to start a career as a Recruitment Consultant. You will receive full training and support to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidates and clients daily via phone and video calls.
• Source, screen and match candidates to live vacancies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call centres, airlines, hotels, retail or restaurants.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
• Resilient, target‑driven and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Motivated by progression and earning potential; no prior recruitment experience required.
