Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Construction (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Manchester office. You will focus on engineering, construction, energy, renewable and manufacturing sectors, managing the full 360 recruitment cycle for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the specialist engineering market.
• Interview, assess and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth placement process.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work in a hybrid model, based in Manchester City Centre.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within construction, energy, renewable, manufacturing or engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to grow within a well‑established team.
