About the role

Join Gap Technical as a Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering recruitment. Based in Warrington with a hybrid working model, you will support the continued growth of our specialist team across the North West and North Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage key client accounts within the engineering sector.
• Grow your recruitment desk by sourcing and placing qualified candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide sector‑specific training and support as required.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience with a track record of developing accounts and growing a desk, OR a motivated individual eager to learn and progress in recruitment.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
