Recruitment Consultant – Engineering

About the role

Join Parkside Office Professional as a Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering talent. You will work from our Uxbridge office, managing the full recruitment cycle for a range of engineering clients and building relationships across our global Antal network.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360 recruitment desk, handling candidate sourcing, client management and placement.
• Provide specialist advice to candidates and develop tailored business and sales plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to an advanced level, ensuring high fee performance.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Antal International to generate cross‑border opportunities.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient and driven to succeed in a sales‑focused environment.
• Strong desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, including six‑figure key accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
