Recruitment Consultant (Finance) – Trainee & Experienced

About the role

Join a leading finance recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant, working with both trainee and experienced candidates. You will receive an intensive 8‑week training academy followed by a 12‑month mentorship programme, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process for finance roles.
• Write compelling job adverts and head‑hunt niche talent.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates informed.
• Sell, negotiate and close offers, turning matches into signed contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both candidates and client organisations.

Required profile

• Any education or work background – strong work ethic is essential.
• Self‑motivation, resilience and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Coachability, growth mindset and competitive spirit.
• High‑level sporting achievements are a plus.
