Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its Financial Services division in Horsham. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop a successful career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates through headhunting, networking, social media, referrals and advertising.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interview preparation, CV formatting and offer management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular meetings and consultations.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on live recruitment projects and learn from industry experts.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network and generate business opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Financial Services and Insurance markets.

Required profile

• Professional, ambitious and highly motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to learn and build a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, insurance, financial services or a customer‑facing role is advantageous but not essential.
