Recruitment Consultant – High‑Earning Temporary Desk

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take over a high‑performing temporary recruitment desk in Farnham. You will inherit an established client base, long‑standing relationships and a strong pipeline, allowing you to start generating earnings from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing temporary recruitment desk.
• Maintain and develop relationships with a loyal client portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the desk’s revenue.
• Deliver high‑quality candidates to meet client staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure service excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales/service‑oriented role.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded and motivated by results.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance to Farnham.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
