Recruitment Consultant – HR

About the role

Join Hays as an HR Recruitment Consultant and work on a dynamic desk serving both public and private sector clients. You will develop specialist expertise across a broad HR remit while benefiting from structured training and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and match high‑quality candidates to HR roles such as Business Partners, Managers, Learning & Development professionals, and Change specialists.
• Develop new business relationships through outreach calls, client visits, networking events and entertainment activities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from brief taking to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Build market expertise by researching client industries and staying curious about emerging HR trends.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to Hays’ growth and profitability.
