About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for senior finance and technology roles across the UK and Europe.
• Write compelling job adverts and conduct targeted headhunting.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate smooth placements.
• Achieve billings and earn commission based on successful placements.
