Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

HR GO Recruitment is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Yorkshire office. You will work a hybrid schedule, combining office time with remote work after training, and will be responsible for driving new business and placing top‑tier talent with client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and meetings with companies to promote recruitment services and generate new business.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants, matching their skills and experience to client requirements.
• Headhunt senior‑level candidates for high‑value roles, using company systems and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a network of top talent, researching market trends and candidate availability.
• Utilise sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract and retain clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment sales or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Motivation to achieve targets and succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with technology to improve efficiency.
• Full UK driving licence.
