Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid, Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our human‑focused team in Southampton. You will work in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility, and will be rewarded with uncapped commission for delivering real results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage a 360‑degree desk, from prospecting to sourcing talent and closing placements.
• Provide candidates with career guidance, interview preparation and market insight.
• Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating wins.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
