Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Recruitment

About the role

Join Reed’s Southampton team as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the industrial sector. You will own a full‑cycle recruitment desk, building relationships with both clients and candidates while driving new business through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by conducting B2B sales activities such as calls, LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
• Source, head‑hunt and assess high‑quality talent using industry‑leading tools.
• Match candidates to suitable roles, guide them through the recruitment process and negotiate offers.
• Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person to close deals.

Required profile

• Ambitious, target‑driven individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
