Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Sector

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Bicester office and drive business development within the industrial sector. You will have the autonomy to build your own client portfolio while benefiting from the support of an established recruitment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through targeted outreach and networking.
• Identify and convert market opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
• Manage a personal portfolio of industrial clients, building trusted relationships with decision‑makers.
• Source, attract and engage high‑quality candidates for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution roles.
• Oversee vacancies from initial brief to successful placement, delivering a consultative service.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to turn conversations into business.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience in business development or account management.
• Knowledge of the industrial recruitment market.
