Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our client in Manchester, focusing on the construction sector. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present candidates for construction‑related roles.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Provide back‑office support and ensure accurate record‑keeping in recruitment software.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software and related tools.
