About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its Liverpool team. You will work within the education sector, building relationships with schools and education providers while matching talented professionals to suitable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and other education providers.
• Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for education‑related roles.
• Manage vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Match candidates to client needs, ensuring a high level of service for both parties.
• Build and grow your own client and candidate portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience or a strong sales background.
• Confidence in building relationships and influencing decision‑makers.
• Commercial awareness, resilience and a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed.
