Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and relationship‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our boutique team in London. You will build and manage your own profitable desk, acting as a trusted partner for both clients and candidates across property, construction, higher education and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable recruitment desk, owning GP, pipeline and performance.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, market mapping and outreach.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and position ARC as a genuine recruitment partner.
• Lead client meetings, understand hiring needs and deliver consultative recruitment solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for temporary, contract and permanent business support roles.
• Source, interview and engage high‑quality candidates, providing guidance throughout their career journey.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and KPIs, keeping pipelines organised and active.
• Represent ARC at networking and industry events and contribute to team culture.
