About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds office and help connect clients with top talent across a range of sectors. You will work in a fast‑paced, commercial environment where curiosity and performance are rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
• Source, assess and engage high‑quality candidates using targeted sourcing techniques and networking.
• Build deep market expertise and a long‑term specialism in your sector.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and driving results.
• Maintain accurate activity and data records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B recruitment, or strong sales experience (minimum 12 months) with transferable skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with curiosity about markets and hiring decisions.
• Tenacious and accountable for personal results, activity and development.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce for activity and data management.
