About the role
Join a fast‑growing tech recruitment team in London as a Recruitment Consultant. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to introduce high‑level clients to a cutting‑edge software platform and drive buying decisions across the technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with world‑leading technology clients in the UK, Europe and the US.
- Promote the company’s software platform and secure new business.
- Close deals, earn commission and meet sales targets.
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling in a KPI‑driven environment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exciting tech roles.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn and develop quickly.
- Determined and career‑driven mindset.
- Motivated, logical, resilient and coachable.
- Background in recruitment or sales is essential.
