Recruitment Consultant - Marketing & Creative

About the role

Join Reed's Marketing & Creative division as a Recruitment Consultant, supporting clients across Bristol and the wider South West. You will work from a hybrid base in Swindon, building your own desk while leveraging the brand and resources of a leading recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a dedicated Marketing & Creative recruitment desk.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the South West region.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Source, engage and assess high‑quality marketing, digital and creative professionals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with an experienced consultant to maximise market coverage.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector.
• Proven business development or sales track record.
• Consultative approach with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence, resilience and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Interest in marketing, digital or creative markets is advantageous.
