Recruitment Consultant – Marketing Specialism

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join Reed’s Marketing specialism in Liverpool. You will build and manage your own desk, developing relationships with clients and candidates across the local market while benefiting from Reed’s brand, training and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk within the marketing sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Liverpool.
• Generate new business through calls, meetings and networking events.
• Source, interview and match high‑quality candidates to client opportunities.
• Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or a sales professional with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Valid UK driving licence for client visits.
