About the role

Venn Group is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Milton Keynes office. This role is ideal for graduates or professionals with a background in sales, business development, or any target‑driven environment who want to build a career in recruitment across public, construction, corporate services and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with client organisations and candidate talent pools.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
• Provide market insight and advisory support to clients throughout the hiring cycle.
• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.

Required profile

• Graduate calibre or proven experience in sales, business development or a similarly target‑oriented role.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by achieving results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to develop a long‑term career in recruitment.
