About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist private‑staff recruitment firm that serves high‑net‑worth individuals and families. The role is relationship‑focused, with no cold business development, allowing you to concentrate on matching candidates to prestigious household and estate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for roles such as butlers, nannies, private security, and household staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Assess personality, motivation and cultural fit to ensure exceptional matches.
• Collaborate with a dedicated resourcing team that generates candidate pipelines.
• Deliver high‑quality service to an established, globally distributed client base.

Required profile

• 12–18 months or more of recruitment experience in a professional or related market.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Genuine interest in understanding people and their motivations.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging team support.

• Effective assessment of candidate fit for senior household roles.
