Recruitment Consultant – Operations

About the role

Parkside Office Professional is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Operations team in Uxbridge. You will work within a global network, supporting the placement of candidates across finance, sales, marketing and back‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360° desk, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Provide specialist advice to candidates and develop tailored business and sales plans.
• Maintain strong fee performance and activity levels, leading by example.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Antal International offices to generate cross‑border opportunities.
