About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent desk specialising in administration and customer service recruitment at Reed Lancaster. You will work within a high‑performing team, using sales and business development techniques to build client relationships and place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships through sales, marketing and business development activities.
• Create compelling job adverts, headhunt, network and use social media to source and engage candidates.
• Identify and onboard new clients to grow the desk’s business.
