Recruitment Consultant (Poole)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Poole office. You will be the bridge between exclusive client accounts and talented candidates, helping both sides achieve their goals from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, specialised sourcing tools and proactive networking.
• Engage candidates via phone, email and face‑to‑face, conducting qualification calls against detailed job specifications.
• Visit existing and prospective clients to understand hiring needs and build long‑term relationships.
• Develop new business through speculative approaches, market mapping and consultative recruitment.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to progress within a 100 % employee‑owned business.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider recruitment team.
• Interest in developing a specialist market knowledge in the South West region.
