Recruitment Consultant – £30K OTE – Harlow

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Harlow branch, offering a £30K OTE package. You will join Extrastaff, an award‑winning agency that supplies temporary driving and industrial personnel across the UK. The role involves building client relationships and delivering high‑quality recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing and prospective client accounts.
• Identify, win, grow and retain business opportunities.
• Organise and attend new and service visits to clients.
• Provide high‑quality service to both temporary staff and clients.
• Maintain compliance and uphold the company’s high standards.

Required profile

• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships through conversation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outgoing, positive personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Motivation to achieve defined goals and be rewarded for performance.
• Capability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
