Key responsibilities

• Develop existing and prospect clients.
• Identify, win, grow and retain business.
• Organise and attend new and service visits to clients.
• Provide high‑quality service to both temps and clients.
• Remain compliant and uphold the company’s high standards.

Required profile

• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships through conversation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outgoing, positive personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Motivation to work to, and be rewarded for, achieving defined goals.
• Capability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
