About the role

Join Prospero Teaching as a Recruitment Consultant in Bristol, supporting public sector and technical hiring. You will work in a fast‑growing, award‑winning recruitment business that promotes talent from within and values long‑term staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by selling recruitment services face‑to‑face and over the phone to senior decision‑makers.
• Develop and maintain a client and candidate database through proactive outreach.
• Produce marketing copy, proof‑read bids and tenders, and support PR activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive repeat business.
• Meet sales targets while delivering a high standard of service under pressure.

Required profile
