Recruitment Consultant – Qualified Finance

About the role

Join Reed’s leading Charity & Not‑for‑Profit division as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Qualified Finance market. Based in the vibrant Holborn office, you will work with a strong brand and a supportive team to drive full‑cycle recruitment for finance roles within the charitable sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture B2B relationships through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking.
• Manage vacancies from briefing to placement, including candidate preparation and interview coordination.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
• Meet clients and candidates both virtually and face‑to‑face.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or a strong sales background looking to transition into recruitment.
• Ability to build strategic relationships and work autonomously.
• Motivation to achieve targets and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
