About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join JCW Group as Recruitment Consultants through our referral programme. The role can be based in any of our offices – London, New York, Boston, Frankfurt – and offers a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment within regulated sectors such as financial services and life sciences. We hire across different departments and career levels, from junior talent to experienced leadership, covering client‑facing and internal functions. Required profile
