Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Chartered Accountancy)

About the role

SectorBridge Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on the UK Chartered Accountancy market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building long‑term relationships with accountancy firms and candidates ranging from newly qualified to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client portfolio within the UK Chartered Accountancy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and hiring managers at accountancy firms.
• Source, interview and place ACA, ACCA and CTA‑qualified professionals.
• Manage business development, candidate sourcing, offer negotiation and post‑placement care.
• Provide market expertise on salary benchmarking, talent availability and hiring trends.
• Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Consistently achieve individual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360 or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting within the UK Chartered Accountancy market.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship building.
• Confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Highly target‑driven, commercially minded and resilient under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a robust pipeline.
