Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

IT Career Switch is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from the UK. You will guide candidates from training to employment, helping them improve their employability and connect with suitable employers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Conduct recruitment consultations, set expectations and provide weekly support.
• Coordinate CV updates and ensure professional presentation.
• Source and match suitable vacancies, sending tailored job opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and recruitment agencies.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and perfect spoken English.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Professional, approachable, solution‑focused and detail‑oriented.
• Dependable, punctual and comfortable speaking with both candidates and employers.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.

What we offer

• Salary £700 per month plus commission (£50‑£150 per month).
• Fully remote work (9:30 am‑5:30 pm UK time, Monday‑Friday).
• 21 days annual leave plus full time off over Christmas & New Year.
