Recruitment Consultant – Retail Operations

About the role

Elite Associates is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its UK Retail Operations team. You will focus on luxury retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and manage top talent for luxury retail and operational roles.
• Conduct interviews, provide market insight and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Partner with UK‑based luxury brands, take recruitment briefs and advise on hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop a personal client portfolio and meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong relationship focus.
• Proactive, ambitious and resilient in a target‑driven environment.
• Passionate about luxury retail, hospitality and people.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, recruitment agencies or client‑facing sales roles.
