Recruitment Consultant (Tech and Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing tech and engineering division in Bristol. You will receive one‑to‑one training from senior managers and will quickly take ownership of your own recruitment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and build relationships with tech and engineering clients.
• Source, screen and present candidates for specialist roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with directors and senior management for guidance and business development.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve placement success.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with a strong work ethic and resilience.
• Highly motivated, driven and eager to progress quickly.
• Enjoys a collaborative, fun environment and can balance ambition with a sense of humour.
