Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Data (Germany or UK)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a well‑established specialist Data & Technology recruitment business. The role focuses on two growth desks – a German Tech/Data desk and a UK Databricks/Data Engineering desk – both with live pipelines and immediate client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology and data roles.
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships while expanding market presence.
• Identify, engage, and place high‑quality candidates across the Tech and Data sectors.
• Collaborate with senior team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to business development activities, including account growth and trust building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Tech, Data, or a comparable recruitment market.
• Strong consultative relationship‑building skills.
• Consistent performance with a focus on long‑term results.
• Ability to manage client accounts and recruitment processes professionally.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
