Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our newly formed Tech and Engineering team in the heart of Bristol. You will receive one‑to‑one training, mentoring and coaching from award‑winning consultants and have the chance to develop into a future leader of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to candidate selection and placement.
• Work closely with directors and senior management to receive guidance and develop professional skills.
• Participate in daily training, mentoring and coaching sessions with top‑performing consultants.
• Contribute to building a high‑performing team aiming for top results in 2026‑2027.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with strong motivation and ambition.
• Demonstrated hard work, resilience and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Enjoys a collaborative, upbeat environment and can have a laugh along the way.
